I built the illustration out of this flame technique I've been developing for awhile and wanted to highlight some of the reference photos for the creation of Artemis

I'm slowly refining my tee printing process and am now using discharge style printing in order to achieve very soft results

One section inparticular has long fascinated me: Japanese Vinyl

I use it sparingly but it's really something else in person

The hope is that by taking the time to write the words out that my brain will begin to instinctively pair words together to start forming an idea. If I stare at the list long enough it will start talking me and things will begin to make sense. In this case the words 'eclipse' and 'aurora borealis' bumped up against
