Pour ma part, j'avais trouv une alternative qui me convenait, j'ai pris un petit rcipient et j'y ai mis, (bien compt) 20 raisins secs, et ds qu'une forte envie "de gestuelle" me tenaillait, je prenait un petit raisin que je mchouillais J'ai du faire ce rituel pendant trois mois peu prs, tout en rduisant, voir mme en oubliant progressivement de prendre "le raisin" Mais pour rester trs honnte, il m'a quand mme fallu trois ans pour me dfaire compltement de cette gestuelle, non pas avec les raisins, mais, me surprendre vouloir chercher mon paquet de cigarette dans mon sac alors que je ne fumais plus depuis 3 ans
